Solar Battery Group is proud to support the 2025 Starlight Round as part of Melbourne Storm’s partnership with the Starlight Children’s Foundation. In a major show of community commitment, Solar Battery Group has donated $25,000 to help brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families; and encourage you to too.
As Melbourne Storm gears up to face the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at AAMI Park on Saturday 19 July, Solar Battery Group will be joining the cause to help raise even more funds during game day festivities. From Starlight wand sales to fan-driven donations, the stadium will come alive with purpose.

In June, CEO James Hetherington visited the Starlight Express Room at the Monash Children’s Hospital, witnessing how the foundation brings hope to young patients. Inspired by the experience, the Solar Battery Group team is energized and ready to do more.
“We’re honoured to be part of an initiative that brings so much light to kids and families doing it tough,” said Hetherington. “We look forward to continuing this partnership and raising more money on the day.”
Together with Storm, RedZed, CitiPower, and thousands of fans, Solar Battery Group is helping ensure 2025 is the brightest Starlight Round yet.
