To be eligible for the $200 VISA gift card, the referrer (existing Solar Battery Group customer) must be nominated by a new customer who purchases and installs a solar system or battery with Solar Battery Group only. A valid order number must be provided. The referee will receive a $200 discount on their installation provided at the time of quote. A cancellation will void the referral. Offer does not apply to servicing of existing solar systems or batteries. There is no limit to the number of referrals that a referrer can receive. The $200 VISA gift card will be provided to the referrer following installation of the new customer’s solar system or battery and will be distributed at the end of each calendar month to all eligible referrers. The $200 VISA gift card is delivered to the referrer on behalf of Solar Battery Group as a physical gift card via iChoose and it is the referrer’s responsibility to ensure that Solar Battery Group has a valid current postal address on file to send their $200 VISA gift card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. Treat the Gift card like cash, as any lost or stolen Gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards must be redeemed before the expiry date. Gift cards will be void and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. It is up to the card holder to use the full card value within the validity period. Unused balance on expiry of Gift cards will not be refunded or credited.

Well informed and Impressive result
The process was seamless. My time wasn’t wasted and I was kept informed during the installation. They were upfront about a better fit with an upgrade to a 5kW battery and it has performed well in service. The battery lasts most of the night with very little need for power from the grid. The app provides plenty of information allowing appliances to be used when there is plenty of power from the roof panels. I’m very happy with the service, installation and result.
Happy I got a battery
The installation went smoothly, though the date shifted, from the original date, to sooner, then back to the original date. Stinking hot weather go work in. I got the 5kwh battery, though it has not yet achieved full charge, even when I am away and most things are turned off. What little got stored was quickly used up, so I have not yet benefitted from using battery power at night.

We had an existing system updated to be able to add batteries. We have not had any electrical issues since with the update. They came when they said they would and did what was agreed for both the service of the unit and the update. We now have the ability to see via a phone app our solar information. Would recommend their solar service too.
